The pharmacy is always extremely busy. Always have to wait in the queue and then to get my prescription for around 30 minutes. They also have a one hour break in the middle of the day, every day. There is simply not enough staff there. I have already moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy at Holme Lane, the waiting is much shorter and there are no queues.

I have been trying to contact booys pharmacy for over 90 minutes. The line rings for 28 times the line then cuts off, when recalled the lines is engaged for up to 19 calls, then starts all over again. I call, rings out 28 times, cuts off, recall, engaged. OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!

This branch is stuck in the 1980s, they still close for lunch on the pharmacy side, 13.00 -14.00hrs a time when most working people have time to collect a prescription. Customer service is shocking, I have never been served in that branch by a member of staff who has eye contact with me. For a central branch in the middle of a small community the only word I can use to sum up this store is ABYSMAL.

medicines are always out of stock due to manufacturing issues (same excuses every time) , staff seems to short, Please expect half an hour to collect your prescriptions.

Invariably have what I need and, while busy which is to be expected, normally in and out pretty quick.Given Hillsborough is the main shopping point for surrounding areas, it's gonna be heavier foot traffic than some out of the way place so bear that mind.What does rustle my jimmies is that the Sunday opening hours are wrong on Google. They are shut which is a pain in the backside if you make a special trip on a Sunday.

By far and away the worst managed shop. The pharmacy queue is always an incredibly long wait. Today I called in for some over the counter pain killers. I stood at the counter, staff member shouted over we are only operating one queue

I called in a couple or so weeks ago, asked to see the pharmacist, I had been on holiday and had come home with mosquitoe bites one really infected, the lady pharmacist helped me, advised me too call 111, & a prescription was sent through to Boots in Hillsborough, which I picked up the same day, A big thank you for your help,

Opening hours online are completely incorrect, not open on Sunday's. Very frustrating when you've limited mobility and find a trip wasted. Please get this updated.

I have no idea why boots keep this store open, they clearly don't care about it. It has nothing that a customer expects from Boots, like comprehensive choice of products and helpful and friendly staff. Since they decided to get rid of the health advisor asking a question is pointless, even when speaking to the chemist on duty. I won't buy makeup from here anymore either, anything liquid is dried up three days after opening so I'm sure they sell old and badly stored stock. I'm a beauty professional and have never experienced this in any other shop with such regularity. The only reason to shop here is if you can't be bothered to go to Meadowhall.
