Hillmans in cannock have been brilliant,very careing and very supporting,not only to my new rescue dog 'Lady' but to myself as well,when she had to have quite a big operation.Always welcoming and friendly,cant thank them enough,Lady has been given a second chance to live a happy life now!!! :))

Brilliant vets with friendly staff with an abundance of patience with my dogs! They had my Minnie in during an emergency within 5 minutes and they were brilliant with not just my dog but with me as i was a mess!! Prices are good and they offer pet plan. The vets is on the ground floor so good for those with wheelchairs. Will never change vets unless i move out of the area my dogs are extremely comfortable as am i.

I have been taking my Jack russel terrier Lucy to this veterinary clinic all her life (age 15 yrs)They are such a caringpractice, a special thank you to Zara and all staff at practice.I made the heartbreaking descision to have my dog put to sleep (euthanized) 13 days ago... due to her illnes's, and pain she was suffering every day.She was put to sleepvery gently andquickly.Thank you for all your service/s and kindness to lucy over her years.And for myself and familyallowing us to stay, with lucy in her final moments... and say our goodbyes.

Become way more expensive than other vets. The consultation is £55 alone. The girls are really nice and Claire the Vet is very understanding.

Lovely vets, the staff are brilliant and extremely compassionate, especially Kelly she is a credit to this company she looked after my little cat Merlin after he had passed away and explained everything clearly before I came down. I cannot thank her enough❤️

I have been with this vets for nearly 3 years now & even when i moved area I stayed registered with them because of the excellent & caring service they offer. The staff are extremely helpful & pleasant. The reception and consultation rooms are always clean & tidy. The reception was extremely helpful when i called with concerns about my old springertoday. She managed to get me in within the hour & asked loads of questions to help the vet with her consultation. The vet was extremely gentle & thorough with her examination & explained everything she was going to do. Thank you for your excellent service.

Just moved to Straitons after being with Hillmans for years and what a difference in pricing and service. Had a really bad experience last visit to Hillmans. The vet was useless (not Claire) couldn't give an injection or wormer without help from a nurse. Never weighed or did a health check. Stressed my cats out no end. Also the price increases are extortionate compare to other local vets. Example Hillmans cat booster £69 Straitons £57? When you have more than one cat the pricing is ridiculous especially for the service you get.
