Fix Our Boiler
Sami has saved us on a number of occasions when - for various reasons - our boiler has needed to be fixed. He is extremely thorough and always spends a bit of extra time to check over everything and make sure the boiler is 100% before leaving. He is always happy to explain what he's doing and talk us through how the boiler works. He is highly professional and a very considerate person to have in your home. We totally trust Sami and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Boiler check and serviceSami came recommended from a colleague as good service and good price.From first call, Sami was quick to arrange a time to come and check my boiler which had broken and needed a service. Sami took time to take me through the mechanics of the boiler and how it worked. He also ensured all the relevant safety checks were performed with my gas, which needed the National Grid to come out due to low gas pressure. We found Fix Our Boiler through Trustmark - a reputable professional recommendation. We had no hot water, Sami came out of hours to deal with what turned out to be a bigger than expected problem. He is informative, thorough, polite and offers frank, honest and knowledgeable advice. We also obtained other quotes but chose Sami and would call him again without hesitation and are happy to make the effort to recommend him.

Such a good service from Sami. We've just had a new boiler installed and he rewired and repiped our entire flat to a very high standard. He's very knowledgeable, super helpful and very fair. He explained everything clearly and solved all of our problems easily and quickly. It's a pleasure working with him and I thoroughly recommend him. Thank you Sami!

Sami was absolutely brilliant. He had fixed our boiler within 15 min (where the other engineer who attended before him said we needed a new diverter valve part change). He then took the time to explain what he'd done. Couldn't recommend highly enough! Thank you!

Sami provides a fantastic service. I was debating whether to go with him or a technician recommended by heatrae sadia but I am glad i went with Sami. He is a terribly nice guy and extremely knoweldgeable when it comes to all types of boilers. He service my megaflo and cleaned the filters in the process, resulting in much improved water pressure to all my water outlets. He even fitted my new dishwasher as we waited for the megaflo to drain. Great guy, great service

Really excellent service from Sami and carpenter Samir. They replaced two toilet cisterns for us and couldn't have done a better job. Especially since the old ones were boxed in a fairly inaccessible place.We were very pleased with the work and Sami even took the time to regrout around the sink even though I hadn't asked him to.I found the prices very reasonable, especially since it was a whole day's work. Sami and Samir were also very helpful and polite.We now have much better flushing loos and miles better bathroom cabinetry. It's great to find a good plumber - I shall be keeping Sami's details on file.Thank you both.

Fix Our Boiler
I needed to install a new boiler as the old one 'packed up.' Sami did an excellent job in not only installing the new one but also fixing several problems with the connections of the pipes and wiring done previously. He was very methodical and knew the details of the building code to ensure that all connections met the required standards. I was only charged for what was done and felt that the whole process was very transparent. Finally, he was very responsive to my messages and telephone calls and did it all as agreed upon. I recommend him very enthusiastically.
