Purchased a Bottle of Cote De Beaune wine and a new bottle opener from Waitrose; the centre of the cork was weak and flakey leaving a hole through the centre of the cork.I thought it best to return the wine and get a new bottle but the young Waitrose gentleman refused saying I should, Use a pair of pliers."His second attempt at making no refund or exchange was
