I had my procedure on the 2nd of March. Dr Kalra and technician Alex were incredibly professional, and very accommodating. Never at any point did I feel a bother during the surgery despite my questions. I was involved in the design of my hairline, and felt that I was in safe hands during the incisions, extraction, and implant stages.The only discomfort was during the injections, but you are reassured throughout. After a while the pain passes.Kevin, on the organising and consultation side of things, was also brilliant. He is professional and takes his time and energy making sure he has the correct answers.
