Bad online customer experience. I ordered 2 pens on a Wednesday, paid for extra shipping to ensure it arrived on Sunday. By Friday I still hadn’t received any shipping notification so I emailed to ask about this. They then responded that they only have one item in stock and can they send it. I replied that they needed to send it ASAP and in the end, come Saturday morning I still hasn’t received any shipping notification so I asked to cancel my order. Didn’t receive any response until Monday where they just said they cancelled my order. Bad communication, poor stock keeping levels and no apology. Will not be using again, will stick to the larger companies as they know what they are doing.

A little treasure I found with all baking equipment I can could ever need. Reasonable priced - would recommend this place.

Ordered online - I'd never been there despite previously living near Surbiton, but found they were the only place to stock nozzles I was looking for. Arrived incredibly quickly - great prices. Very impressed!

Always helpful staff, lots of options for decorations and cake suppliers. Recently redecorated. A bit smaller than it was before but still plenty of stuff to decorate your cakes.

Unbelievable service - I’d been let down by a postal order in advance of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and didn’t have time to get to the shop before it closed for the bank holiday. The person I spoke to on the phone happens to live near me and brought a selection of sundries home so I could collect them, thereby enabling me to bake celebration cupcakes after all. Many thanks to him, and I hope he’s had a great Jubilee weekend!

It's a pleasure going in to this cake baking supply shop. I can't imagine them not having what you require. They have so much stock and it's so varied.You literally could spend a couple of hours in there looking around. The staff have always been friendly and helpful and appear very knowledgeable. If you're not based locally to it they do an amazingly fast delivery service, even internationally. I've used this service several times to get me out of trouble; it works. Check their website.

Not even worth a 1star review!Ordered a mould and they sent the wrong one. Have emailed them directly and via their website and no response at all! Not only was I sent the wrong mould the packet was open and has been used. If purchase a product and receive the incorrect item, the company should except returns and offer a refund. Totally unacceptable behaviour
