I went yesterday to have a piercing, was told itsbetter to ring and book so did as asked and turned up for my appointment today only to be told that the person doing it didn't want to, and the other person available was going for lunch after the current beauty treatment she was doing.After speaking to the manager, she was the person who booked me in, and had no reason for me being messed about, then proceeded to offer me to come back another day..... erm no thanks! Do not recommend them for this service !

Tried to return perfume today bought at a different store only to be told cuz they don't sell fragrances they can't accept the return. Contacted superdrug direct online to be told that I could have returned it at any store! Now have to make a trip again to sort it out. Seems to me like the staff did not want to do the work involved in this return! Unhelpful!

Love it, great shop but it was a red hot day and they had no air conditioning on the poor staff and customers were melting, products are great here wish it was bigger.

Came in needing help with Make up for my wedding! Ella was absolutely wonderful can not think of one bad thing to say! She helped me tremendously, definitely needs some kind of award. She went out of her way made me feel like I was in good hands! Absolutely coming back to this store mainly because of the service Ella had provided. Superdrug is lucky to have her as a worker!

Went there today, was shopping happily with my friend, however noticed I was was being followed around by employees. I was looking at some lashes when 2 employees were stood at the end of the aisle watching me and my friend, when we moved there was always someone else watching us all the way to us paying for our stuff and walking out the door. Being the only coloured people in the store I could clearly see it was because of our skin colour, they didn’t bother watching over any other person in the store. Racist store.

Went for an eyebrow threading yesterday and the lady was rude, and didn't do the threading properly., felt like she was in a hurry. I don't expect them to smile all the time, but they could behave better

I came to get my ear pierced and chose a ring I wanted. The lady pierced me white the wrong earring and I wanted the one I initially asked for and I had to pay for one the one I didn’t want and the one I wanted. Horrible.
