Had a service today, they arrived on time. All work was discussed and priced before job was undertaken. Recommended.

Hi everyone. We went on holiday and left J Holden plumbing to fit a new bathroom. We came back to an unsealed bathroom, a towel radiator which gets hit by the door handle, a crooked sink and toilet seat, a poorly fitted bath panel, holes in my new vanity unity and a non-working extractor fan hanging out of the wall.I wasn't going to share this but I am so angry that we have been left with this and didn't want anybody else to experience this poor service and have to fix it. The company claim they will rectify issues once they return from holiday however, I have had to get another company to at least seal my bath so we dont get a leak. They were quick to send over an invoice and didn't mention any issues at the time. Knowing I had young children and have been unable to wash them properly since returning is disgraceful. Lets see if they stick to their word and sort out this absolute mess!

Always use J.Holden for plumbing. Great service. Responsive and on time. You get sent a message when they are on the way and how long before they arrive. No fuss, no muss. I'm in the process of slowly renovating an old house and having such a reliable plumber is an absolute god send. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and prompt reply to initial enquiry. Emailed Monday regarding an outside tap that was running slow. Shaun came the next day, at the time specified to suit me, and replaced the tap. Shaun was friendly, and took the time to explain what the problem was. Thank you.Will definitely use this company again.

Found Jack on one of the Rossendale Local sites and after seeing his many positive reviews shown through various sites I felt confident he would be the right man for the job. I was not disappointed & in fact Jack exceeded my expectations.Great communication from the outset, incredibly prompt replies & turned up early to do the job. Used the guys to install a new boiler and relocate into the attic. Was really happy with the service provided. Following the survey for the works i had a quote back the same day and a date for works to start. On the day works were booked the lads turned up bang on time and were polite and respectful whilst in my house working. All works were completed to a high standard and on time. If you looking to use anyone then these guys are very good. Highly recommended.J.Balmforth

Repaired a leaking pipe within 3 hours of me calling them. Professional service and for reasonable cost. So difficult to find a quality prompt plumber that doesn't cost the earth. A real find. Would highly recommend.

Baxi informed us and Jack the boiler was due for service, Jacks dad came to service the boiler as Jack was on holiday end of November, we also asked about a new radiator which his dad measured up and told us,Jack would sort the radiator out when he came home. My husband rang Jack second week in December and asked him when he would fit the radiator, the response was what radiator. Jack then said he would fit the radiator on 23rd December, meanwhile the boiler developed a drip , Jack told us what to do to sort it out , the boiler was ok for a couple of days then started to drip again, we decided that as it was minor we would leave it until the few days later when they were coming to fit the radiator. Then on 22nd December we received a message to say that they would not be coming as they didn't have the radiator . Jack had told us not to contact his dad as he had the diary for work, and that he wasn't back at work until January 3rd, meanwhile the boiler was still dripping, we left it until between Christmas and New Year then tried to contact Jack again twice, but only got the answer phone, so in desperation we contacted his dad, his dad was really busy and we mentioned contacting Jack but were told he was out of the country. In the end we canceled the job and got another plumbing firm in. The moral of the story is if you live in Lanzarote and need a plumber try Jack, but if you live in Rossendale, dont bother you are wasting your time and should try another plumber.

Just had a sink/vanity unit plus a toilet with concealed cistern fitted. Got a very competitive quote, booked us in within 2 weeks, they suggested 2 days but got it done in one day. Quality of work was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend.
