WIT Training

No sense of community whatsoever, don’t be fooled by the socials.It is so sad that this space is run that way! The gym itself is great, the owners are great, but those who run the gym don’t quite bother unless you are their friend or think you are strong at CrossFit.Well you wouldn’t be strong if they don’t follow up with you, we are not all athletes!Again if you are not their friend they can completely ignore you!So better off in other boxes /gyms and you pay pretty much the same (if not cheaper at a better value and service)

I enjoyed my training and expérience at WIT while travelling to London. Protein smoothie bar is a plus. Training was good and tough. Changing rooms are a bit tight but staff was very helpful.

Absolute joke of a service. Bought some shirts online which should have been delivered the next day. The package came two days after (no biggie), but the package had one out of the three shirts I ordered. At no point, I was told that only one item would be shipped: not only that, but they apparently didn't know it either. Since nobody could tell me when the other items would be dispatched I asked for a refund; they ignored me and asked me to wait for updates from the warehouse. After days without an update, I was tired and frankly surprised by the poor quality of customer service, as they had completely ignored now multiple times, so I asked them to keep their shirts and just file a refund for the items for a second time. To my surprise, they sent them the next day regardless, confirming shipping by replying to my previous emails; an absolute joke.I don't doubt there are great people working there since that's all I have heard from friends and they have such a great rep, which is the reason why I bought two shirts with their logo to begin with. I hope I have just been unlucky and their service is not always like this, yet this has been my whole experience.

This place is incredible and definitely my favourite place to workout! Beautiful and clean box with an awesome community, phenomenal coaches and super friendly staff.

Top notch experience. The amenities are great, very welcoming staff, and great equipment!Def recommend to locals and people in town visiting.

Strange experience. I dropped in while in town, and staff were very helpful online to get this sorted. When I arrived for the 530am class, not a single person acknowledged my presence. The coach was busy telling stories about his weekend and never introduced himself or asked if I was new/experienced. The facility is nice, but I have dropped in at many boxes around the world and never been treated with complete indifference before. Won’t be rushing back.

I did a drop in WOD with Gus as the coach. It is an amazing gym and have a very upbeat atmosphere. The change rooms had showers, they provided towels and plastic bags to wrap up my sweaty gym clothes post workout. The staff was fabulous, and I even hit up the smoothie bar post workout! Can't wait to come back

Dropping in here for the week, and so glad I found this gym! They are really firing on all cylinders. Clean facility, good equipment, hip but not pretentious vibe, high quality coaches, locker room facilities and towel service… I could go on! The MobilityWOD and Theragun area is a really nice touch that I’ve never seen at any other gym in the world. There’s also a nice gear shop at the entry to purchase workout clothes and The latest Nike and No Bull shoes. They also have convenient packages for drop-ins, single session and well as 5 and 10 session punchcards. If I moved to London and lived anywhere near here, this would be the easy choice for a home gym!

Though I haven't been for years!I met the coach that first introduced me to CrossFit ❤️AND I met and shook hands with MATT FRAZER!!! 5x CrossFit Open Champion!!! ☺️A very great and intimate event with the champion and his crew. well done WIT for putting on a great event. Hope there will be many more
