The staff were so friendly and helpful. I was a little concerned over having no socks and just tights on. They assured me that it's fine ... I loved my choice. They fitted perfect.

Visited Sunday 10th September 2023, left without using simply because the young, fairly short member of staff made it super obvious that she didn’t want to serve us or be there at all. It wasn’t just us either, she was like this with everyone she ‘served’, never again, I’ve just ordered online instead, zero attitude.

With a mobility scooter, was first in the shop, plenty of room to move around. Went for the slip on shoes which is advertised on T.V. The assistant was very helpful, got the one's I wanted. Also another pair caught my eye. No trouble to try them on. Different colours. Made my choice and to my delight there was a discount of over £34. A great deal.

We went in to buy some shoes to replace a much beloved, falling to pieces, decade old pair. We managed to find a good pair of shoes for both of us. Roxan assisted us and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us find the perfect shoes for our needs, gave invaluable fitting advice, brought over shoes in different sizes (half sizes!) and assured us that we could exchange the shoes within 45 days if anything needed changing. I was a bit worried but that added peace of mind helped a lot. I hope that anyone else who goes is as lucky as we were with the quality of customer care!

The staff in the shop couldn't have been more helpful. I did request the ladies name, which was Greek but I have lost the peace of paper with it on. She was excellent, helpful and patient as I had to pop outside to try and get a picture of some of the shoes to a friend. As the ones she had asked me to pic up for her weren't in stock. Which was the only problem with the shop. Not every pair and size were available. However we got our Blue light card discount. So we're very pleased with the 20% off. Always makes it more worth while. When we get 4 pears at a time for work, rest and play.
