I found Shepherd's after trying a competitor who were apparently unable to carry out a building valuation survey for insurance purposes. When I enquired at Shepherds they responded quickly provided a clear and reasonable quotation and carried out the survey in a couple of working days. They also sent the report and valuation quickly.
