The Foxhayes Practice

I have been registered with the Foxhayes practice for 10 years so far, and every time I had to reach them for help they have been absolutely fantastic. A great team of professionals that provide fantastic care with a friendly and compassionate approach.My experience with them has involved general medicine queries, post surgical care, mental health and at one point a 2 week waiting referral. I always felt not only well cared for, but also reassured and involved in the decisions and direction of my own care.Please keep being a shining example of what the NHS is about.

Following discharge from hospital I informed the surgery who had me in the next day for further treatment. Friendly team and very accommodating and helpful. Very responsive for NHS app questions and prescription requests

This surgery and staff, along with the doctors and medical team are second to none. They are absolutely fantastic, helpful, lovely and so professional. They go out of their way to help patients and they are kind, caring and respectful to patients in every way possible. This surgery has changed my life for the better and helped me so very much. I can honestly say that if it wasn't for this wonderful surgery and its team of fantastic staff and medical professionals, then i don't believe i could of made it through. Thank you so much Foxhayes Practice. We all love you in Exwick and you are a true legend all around Exeter as being the very best there is in Exeter fullstop. I truly believe that Foxhayes doctors and all the staff are very professional and emphatic for patients needs.Really happy to be registered there!

I have only had issues with this place, online says it opens at 8 but they won’t answer your calls then. Appointments will be changed without your knowledge so goodluck with that.Once you finally jump though enough hoops to get an appointment then they are actually useful but I cannot recommend if you’re looking for a stress free experience when booking, I would just go in and cross your fingers for an appointment

I'm extremely impressed with the care my children and I receive at Foxhayes.We never feel rushed and I feel that we are really listened to.Dr Bracey is excellent at making us feel at ease and he is really easy to talk to.My youngest has had appointments with Dr Rogojan in recent months and I can't thank her enough for the care my son has received, She really is an outstanding Doctor.I feel very confident in all the staff at the practice.The nurses are brilliant and I always enjoy a chat with the receptionists too.

An outstanding surgery.I have been registered with the Foxhayes practise for 18 years and feel privileged to be one of their patients.Foxhayes genuinely care about their patients, offering a very person centred service.GP’s promptly reply to your E consults, when sending in an E consult I have never had to wait any longer than a 2 hours before a GP makes contact.I’d like to add how helpful and understanding the reception staff are, nothing is ever too much trouble, to include the nurses and GP’s.

One of the best GP surgery’s I have been to, receptionists I’m my experience are polite and very efficient, a special mention for Karen who manages to take my blood with no pain. All the GP’s I have met have been superb taking the time to explain any decisions taken, appointments are available when needed but the telephone triage system works well. Hospital consultants also have a high regard for the practice - this is backed up by the speed with which letters from consultants are actioned typically within a day. The only aspect that could be improved is to clarify the process on the website for booking calls as it refers to a banner that does not exist - this drives calls into the surgery - a small point but will just ease the process if it can be resolved

Can't speak highly enough of the team there. I did the medical triage online and within the hour they had got back to me. A doctor also rang me back 10 minutes after I'd dropped a water sample off . The next week I was asked to come in to give a blood sample and while there I had a covid and flu jab.Top class, friendly service.Thanks to all concerned.
