Credit when credit is due, I picked a car at 3pm and collected it 3pm the following day, collection was over in 20 minutes, everything was ready to go, signed some paperwork and was on the motorway in no time.Very impressed by the service. My mum and myself went to Fiat yesterday. My mum has specific needs for her new car but wanted a small one. The first sales executive we came across was not helpful in the slightest and if we went off his approach we would of left immediately but we were then approached by Joe who both of us can not say a bad word about. Totally the opposite in fact. He was amazing and so helpful to my mum and even though we all knew he could not provide her with the car she needed, he still took his time to help her find a car that would meet all her needs. He is an absolute credit to the company and deserves the recognition for his efforts. If anyone is wanting to visit this dealership then I would highly recommend ask for this gentleman cause he will go above and beyond to help you!!!!!!!

2 stars as no after sales care at all after purchasing my brand new car in June.This is not a bad review about the servicing department as they have always been excellent, especially Nadia.I picked it up with a scuff on the driver wing mirror. I was promised a repair. Got the car home and found an odd loose bolt in the boot and almost had the window seal fly off on the motorway. They checked it (well checked it and made me feel bad for bringing it back), promised the window seal parts were on order and that the scuff and bolt would be sorted in 2 weeks with the window. I then get a phone call cancelling my appointment as the window pets had not arrived. They promised that they’d ring when they came in. …. 4 months later still no call and I still have the 3 issues not sorted. Where is the after sales care from your team? I put in an online enquiry today to chase this and got a data protection email back, no call, no email. I have now emailed after sales that I found on here. I’ve used this garage since it’s Clemo days and this is the 7th car I’ve had from them over the years. The caring Clemo team seem to have all gone now. The 2 Andy’s used to be brilliant when they were there

Took my car for winter check. The showroom was bright and clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received at Stoneacre, Cleckheaton.

I don't know where to start with my praise for the service and customer care we received from Stoneacre Fiat Cleckheaton. From our first contact on the phone, to the handover after the work was carried out, we always felt like we were being fully cared for and that they were making extra effort to keep us informed and happy. Andy Brown from the service team in-particular deserves extra credit for all the effort he made in ensuring my daughters car's work was completed promptly, effectively and to the standard you'd expect from a dealership. Would normally have stayed away from dealerships due to the reputation of cost, but if this is the experience they always provide, i'll be back for any issues we have in the future. Thank you from all of us.
