Amazing service, Matty arrived within half an hour to sort my blown tyre, was really chatty and upbeat making a bad situation better, he called around a few nearby places to get me the best deal on a new tyre and took me to a brilliant company who replaced the tyre within 15 minutes. 100% recommend.

I have a Fiat Ducato europea 90 motorhome which stopped dead never to go again which was studied by several recovery experts and fitted with a new battery. (Later proved un-necessary £189!!!!). Matt was called out and solved the problem in minutes (literally) for a few pence. He did a great job and solved a serious dilemma.

My wife's car was written off by a driver who fell asleep at the wheel yesterday, she was on her way to work at the hospital.RNW were instructed by the police to collect our vehicle, my wife was taken away in an ambulance so couldn't collect her belongings from the car.I collected her property today from the St Helen's branch and her glasses, sunglasses, dashcam, fob watch and usb leads had been thrown in a bin liner along with half a cup of coffee and are all now ruined.This is a horrible company staffed by horrible people with complete contempt for the unfortunate individuals who are unlucky enough to have to deal with them.There are numerous reviews relating to damage and theft of property by RNW and the police shouldn't be using them.

Vehicle was stored 42 days with this crowd. They billed the insurer £750 & wouldn't release the vehicle until a company in the south gave the ok to do so. Then they had no drivers to return the car. When inspected later it was clear that someone had punctured the fuel tank and stolen £150 of diesel. A new tank is over £200. So that's another £350 of benefits that they stole. A police storage yard. They're the criminals. Who protects us?

Had a car accident last December and we all know how difficult and stressful the whole situation can be. I received the much needed support from the guys and the local police. The car was dismantled quickly and safely. Recommended!
