These people are a joke , found out that they have been ripping my Father in Law off for the last few years , 2 services a year ??? Had a puncture 3 times in the same tyre in the past few months !!!! now they admit its a fault in the tyre that they should have found , When I rang to complain they first told me that they would get back to me but instead rang my Father in law up again to see if he wanted to go ahead for a new tyre and tube at a cost of around £80 , I can get my car tyre repaired cheaper !!!! Any way the Father in Law being in his 80s got confused and they played on it , They are rude on the phone and do not deal with the truth , I have now got another local company to do the repair for half the price !!!!! Be aware these people are ripping old people off with their charges and services

Went to FMS mobility in Ruislip Manor with my mother in law in early December 2019. She needed a recliner chair to help her stand and generally make her more comfortable. It’s a family run business, and we were met by family member Rene. She was very warm and friendly, and made my mother in law feel very at ease. She showed us the many types of chair that they supply, and my mother in law spent time trying them all out. I must say I was very impressed with Rene’s enthusiasm and knowledge for their products. My mother in law chose the chair she wanted, which compared to other companies we looked at was priced very reasonably. We were promised the chair within a few days, and that’s what we got. Rene arrived and showed my mother in law how to use the chair, and since that time she has been very happy with it. For excellent customer service, quality of product, and good value for money I highly recommend FMS mobility.

As people have stated previously, FMS is a family run business and offers great personal service. Renee is warm and friendly and very knowledgeable. There's no sales pitch or pushing you to buy. Home demos were provided when requested but we were left to make our decision whether to purchase or not. We were so glad to be able to shop locally and to know that if there were any issues, they could be resolved easily. Would thoroughly recommend.

I recently went to FMS to purchase a wheelchair for my mother in law and found that they were very helpful, they had a lovely range of stock and were able to help me find the most suitable wheelchair for her at a very good price. I will definitely purchase more products from them if needed and would 100% recommend them to anyone who is in need of quality mobility products and friendly service.
