The guy who runs this place always makes me feel like I’m doing him a massive favour and is about as helpful as the last person in the end of queue marked ‘help for sale here’…I wish they had alternative drop off for Evri etc…I’d drive a long way to avoid… awful experience but consistent in that they are always dreadful….avoid!

Every now and then I am compelled to visit this shop as it is my nearest Hermes drop off point. Each time, the shop keeper (not sure if there is more than one- apologies to anyone else working there) is dismissive and impolite. Today I’m ashamed to say I lost my temper at his overtly rude attitude. Still fuming. Wouldn’t go back and will complain to Hermes shortly.

Such a disappointment. What's the need to open a shop just to show your contempt towards people. A friendly tip try smiling. Perhaps try a little customer service

Everything you pick up is atleast a year out of date; shop keeper rude. And they always say card machine broke so they can dodge tax. Filthy shop; avoid.
