Communication is terrible, I was dealing with this company for the sale of my house, that wasn't as cut and dried as a usual sale, following a lengthy chat and subsequent expectations set by the legal representative, they performed none of the tasks pre offer, which was the whole point of instructing them 6 weeks pre sale, as there was part that needed dealt with pre sale.They lost email info, they didnt reply to emails, or calls and when they did the comment was too many settlements"Such a shame as i was introduced to them by a mutual contact
