I had my first lymphatic treatment with Flavia 8 months after I’d had my second child. I’d lost most of the baby weight but was tired, feeling sluggish and my digestion was poor. A friend of mine told me I had to see Flavia and she was right. After my first treatment I lost 1kg of what I assume was retained water and within less than a week and my digestion started to improve slowly but surely. My energy levels went back up and I started sleeping better at night. Flavia was the first one to tell me to be patient with my body, especially after two babies which had to be born via c section. She explained that it takes the lymphatic system up to a year to recover after major surgery which no doctor had mentioned before. However, I am certain that because of her treatments it actually recovered more quickly than that and I am in a much better physical state than I would have been had I not seen her. She is an incredibly skilled therapist, very knowledgable as well as intuitive and quite simply a wonderful person. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have tried the contour / lymphatic drainage a few times but never saw a difference to my stomach. I am surprised by the before/after photo results on other people. Despite this, the therapists were always nice and friendly.
