love coming here to get my nails done, staff are really friendly and more than happy to help! always am very pleased with my nails after and I've recommended to lots of my friends and family. Price is super reasonable and the pedicure is amazing

Awful experience! Booked earlier in the week to ensure myself and daughter could get our nails done together. Walked in and asked if we were getting them done together ,the lady cut me off mid sentence saying yes. Sat down, she filed my nails and then filed my daughters. Not the experience of together, however I did not mind. She then asked me to move to another station and asked me to pay upfront. As I went to get the cash , she started working on a completely new customer :/ leaving my daughter and myself waiting there. Needless to say, I paid for my daughter to get hers painted as it was her birthday and I told them I no longer want mine doing.Very bad customer service and clearly only interested in getting the job done quickly to make more money and not caring about their customers experience. They had everyone moving from different stations and waiting whilst they went between customers.It's such a shame they weren't somewhat decent and apologetic, howeve the woman had an attitude rift from the beginning and then tried to argue with me saying I had to pay for my nails to be filed when the whole reason I decided not that get my nails painted was because she was moving in between customers like we an inconvenience.Will never go back there and will tell all my friends and family to avoid!

WORST NAIL SHOP EVER!! AVOID!If I could rate this place 0 I really would. Thought it would be better after a few years.... what a mistakeWhile she was doing my nails, she kept pulling my hands and huffing and puffing loudly, making me feel really uncomfortable in front of all her other customers. She then went on to talk rudely about customers who were obviously loyal customers to her, to judge me about why I had nails, and what I was going to be doing, I told her I was going out for my birthday, and she continued to tell me how bad it was I was going out, seens as I had a young daughter (non of her business) definitely not her place to comment.And to top it all off, I payed £30 for nail extensions as my nail lady was on holiday, I get my nails done every 2 weeks, if not more, so I do know how they are suppose to be done. They were put on so thin, 2 broke the same night. My nail lady saw the damage, and literally couldn’t believe how bad the nails were. She told me she’s never seen something like it. I also came out noticing I had half a fingernail of nail varnish on my skin.No manners, rude, and terrible nails!Avoid avoid avoid, manners don’t cost a thing.

Worst nail salon experience EVER!!! 0 stars if I could!!I normally use another local salon which is great, but was fully booked for when I needed so I thought I would give it a try as it is local.My appointment was at 10am and the nail tech didn't even arrive to open up until 10.10am!The nail tech had such a crazy attitude, couldn't do a simple leopard print design on my natural nails and told me if she doesn't get it right she doesn't want me to start an argument! Like who says that to a first time customer?? I wanted shellac gel nails and to be honest I could have painted them at home and done a better job. I paid £25 and the next day 2 of the nails have already started to peel off!!Extremely disappointed with the nail tech woman in this salon. Not sure how the salon has lasted this long to be honest as numerous reviews have been about this woman. I will NOT be returning and I definitely do NOT recommend it to anyone. Can see why there was only 2 customers including me on easter bank holiday. There is a beauty salon across the road which is much better.

Brilliant friendly atmosphere and great nails always a please to go there

If I could give this a 0 I would. Woman had terrible attitude. To be honest I wish I had read some of these reviews before going there. Very rude huffing and puffing and raising her voice and being patronising and was on her personal phone constantly throughout. I spoke to her calmly despite this and still her customer service was just appalling. I got a full set, She kept shoving my hand and pulling my fingers telling me to relax which was hard to do as she didn’t make me feel relaxed in the slightest. She did the acrylic super thin and 4 days later 3 nails have already snapped off. Also paid for shellac and the colour is already chipping. Mind you I always get my nails done I live in jewellery quarter and when it comes to nails I don’t mind paying top price for quality. The one time I didn’t and this is what I get, so serves me right to be honest. Definitely do not recommend. Had the experience been different she’d have gained a loyal customer. My nails were normal length and she still tried to charge me extra for length. Just a terrible experience and on my birthday too. Very rude woman not surprised the shop was empty.

I was overcharged for my nails by £10, they burnt my skin with the nail file! They added a top coat that I did not ask for, that burnt my skin under the UV, and then went to charge me for it. They were annoyed when I asked for my nails to be shorter. They put the nail art on wonky and when I asked for it to be straightened they got annoyed. They made me sit for 10minutes whilst texting. Honestly such an awful experience, do not recommend.

Awful place. The man has you in and out the chair in less than 20 mins..with shoddy nails and colour, he did my gel polish and did not buff or file my nails and put me under the uv light once?. Anyway the woman I tried and shes full of attitude..answered her mobile phone and chats in her own language whilst doing my nails..they try force you to have gel polish to make extra..and shes the same my nails look terrible I have been getting my nails done for 10+ yrs and these are the worst!

Lovely lady! nails are always beautiful and she’s always making sure i like it before she carry’s on. she’s always made me feel at ease when getting them done and is lovely to speak to. will never go anywhere else now

Welcome back i had my nails done this morning after being in lockdown .So pleased with my nails thank you so much so happy your open a bit of normality. Just waiting for you to beable to do my eyebrows next .
