Horrendous conduct, wasn’t paid on time and when I asked about this I was completely ignored and told to do an “exit questionnaire”.

The staff has been excellent in terms of the post, the payments and getting me into the permanent role from the interim role. The support has always been there from Nuala's team no matter how silly the question or item. I will miss working with you all. Thanks a million for all you did in my time with Premiere. If I ever need Premiere again, I would not hesitate to use them.

Worst agency I've ever worked for- how they're still operating is a mystery to meIf you value getting paid CORRECTLY and ON TIME then this is not the company for you.Staff are the opposite of helpful via email coms and telephone. If they feel they can tell you something to delay them taking responsibility for their mistakes just to get you off the phone for another day - you can believe that they will do it.Scandalous.

Absolute shambles of a company, have been owed back payment for 8 months ago while employed by this company and every time I phone they put it back and give me every excuse of why they haven’t done it plus and keep pushing the date back when I’ll get paid. I have phoned over 30 times sent about five letters and a bunch of emails! Now I am seeking legal advice because this is theft basically!Awful company and hope employers see these reviews that me and others have left I do not approach this company!!

I applied for a job through the Lisburn branch and didn’t hear anything back, so then phoned, emailed and sent my CV to the Belfast branch, several times, and got zero response. I then asked a question via the ‘Contact Us’ page - again, zero response. Worse than that they’ve owed money to myself and several others for 9 months and refuse to respond to any of us when we try to find out what’s going on. I don’t know how this company is still running.

I have been with this company for a while and I find my consultant fantastic. Stephanie is so knowledgeable and very quick to reply with updates regarding potential jobs I would highly recommend her with her expertise in this field to anyone seeking employment

I've never really had a problem. It CAN be hard to get hold of someone, but generally I always get a response, and they always deal with my queries. I've never had a pay problem with them. Also all agencies take a percentage or cut before passing on money to you, that is what an agency does.

Reached out to 5 different recruiters, each one multiple times and answered any questions they had for me. None got back to me. They responded to and helped people I know. Clear discrimination and poor representation of their clients. Wouldn't recommend.

Awful service only intrested in signing you up for your commission and will forget to pay you and show no urgency to help sort out THEIR mistake

Awful, unprofessional organisation - the 2nd time inside 3 months I've experienced their uselessness and lack of customer service. For example - they take ages to answer when you phone, it rings and rings and rings - if someone actually answers they promise someone else will phone you back, as the person you need to talk to is off sick, on lunch, on a call etc. - but they don't call you back so you have to call again... If you eventually get talking to the consultant (after phoning 6 times inside 1 day with more promises that they will return your call, but don't) they tell you the job has gone... But keep the job advert up on their site, pretending that it is still available even though it has been filled... Exceptionally unprofessional staff who don't care about customers/candidates at all. Thank goodness Apple and Van Rath usually cover the same jobs advertised so you can use them instead...They don't even deserve the 1 star I was forced to give them...
