I have found D2M to be good quality, good value and professional. I can't say that they have been responsive only because I haven't had the need to contact their support. The domain registration was straight forward and setting up the website has taken me some time. This is only because I'm doing it in my spare time juggling other commitments. I would certainly recommend D2M.
