Great customer service start to finish, and a really quick turnaround of requesting and receiving the design for the doors and window. The team were happy to talk through different options and make our idea work. We had bifold doors and sliding windows for our kitchen extension. Really happy with the installation and the finished door and windows, great quality. Would definitely recommend.

Follow up from previous review as unable to respond to comment.The property is on Sydney Road, and the windows supplied by Bifold were installed in late 2016. 2 of the 3 windows supplied by Bifold failed early last year and the company will not stand by the 10 year warranty on these windows because the property has changed hands in this time - they have a sneaky get out clause for such an instance to avoid covering, regardless of the fact all warranty documents were sold with the house and are in tact. It goes to show is if this company won’t stand by their products why should you?70% of properties are sold within 10 years, this policy is just a way to save them money on poor quality windows. AVOID, and go with a company who is registered with The Glass and Glazing Federation.Please see the photos below showing the state of the windows 3 years in. Note all this moisture is between the double glazing.

Great experience, great door, expertly fitted. We went with the Bifold Door Factory because of their competitively priced doors and a very good first impression after talking to Sam. He talked me through the details and options, was able to answer all my questions however technical. The process took 6 weeks in total but I was kept informed throughout. The survey was straightforward and the fitting by Jelly and his team was exceptional. They went above normal standards to ensure the door was fitted perfectly - they took their time and as a result, the finished door looks great. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for top quality products and service

I contracted Bifold Door Factory to supply and fit windows and French Doors on my refurbishment project. They tried to provide crittal-style windows, but the astragal bars were all in the wrong place and didn't align. They managed to arrange replacements, but it took a few weeks.They recommended window fitters that have proven to be very unreliable. The fitters did a bad job: astragal bars are already falling off and they failed to properly fill around the windows (see images). They have failed to provide me with a FENSA certificate.Bifold Door Company insist they have no responsibility for the fitters, but having recommended them to us I would have expected better. Decent windows, but go elsewhere to find fitters!

After searching online for bi-fold doors and speaking to several vendors we luckily got in touch with Bifold Door Factory. Their quote was far more reasonable than any others that we had spoken to. Also they were one of the very few companies that offered us the latest Schuco doors.The doors were installed earlier this week and I must say they look really beautiful! Yuri and Michael did a fantastic job installing the doors and were extremely professional. They knew exactly what they were doing and were very patient with us, explaining how to open and close the doors and how to maintain them. We are extremely happy with the purchase andwould highly recommend Bifold Door Factory.

What a pleasure it has been to deal with Bifold Door Factory, we are so glad we decided to proceed with placing our order with this company. My initial contact was with Sam (Sales Team), from the onset he was so helpful and covered all my questions very professionally and was able to provide a quote promptly. From initial quote there were changes to requirements and Sam was very helpful in providing amended quotes. We made an initial visit to the showroom and met with Sam, Dean (Head of Sales) and also Harj one of the Company Directors and we were completely impressed with not only the product we wanted to order but the level of advice and service that was provided to us during this visit. We were not rushed and spent a lot of time on site where all our questions were answered and we were shown around the manufacturing site.Our order was fairly extensive as we had various sized windows and bifold doors for both house and garage as well as full double height glass curtain walling with a large door installation. There were multiple aspects that they needed to deal with and take into consideration when manufacturing our order and they have done a great job of doing this. Dean overlooked all aspects post manufacturing and was always available over the phone to discuss any pre-survey queries we had and was also happy to offer the best advice to us.Our survey was done by Gurpreet and even though it did take time due to the many openings and variation of windows/ doors he was very professional and ensured the openings were suitable for install and offered advice of action needed if there were some defects to ensure on day of installation all would run smoothly. A second site visit was carried out by Sam, Gurpreet, Dean and Harj so they could all familiarise themselves with the project and double check all measurements and the curtain walling install was discussed in more detail. This was a level of service way beyond our expectations and was very reassuring that this company, its owners and staff take pride in their installations and provide a personal service to their clients.At manufacturing stage Harj kept us informed of all progress and he was able to have the order ready within the agreed timescales so there were no delays and expectations were met.On first day of installation the team arrived on time and were extremely strategic in organising themselves and worked throughout the project with ease and confidence. The fitters Gopi and Happy worked on site throughout the whole project, it was clear they were professional at what they did and had a very clear and exceptional knowledge of fitting the windows, bifold doors and glass. The fitting of the two storey glass curtain walling was a huge task and needed a great deal of patience and experience to fit, both Gopi and Happy handled this as best as they could and overcame any issues involved with this. Throughout the fitting process both Gopi and Happy worked hard and only left at the end of the day once they were meeting their schedule or any unforeseen issues had been rectified. They were a pleasure to have on site and were always willing to carry out any amendments that were required.There have been some unforeseen issues along the way and this has resulted in some extra visits but Harj has dealt with this as quickly as possible to cause minimum disruption/delay to us, there is still some work left in progress but with an order to this scale the odd hiccup was expected and it has been positive that we chose a company that was happy to work with us to get matters back on track and not ignore them as this whole project was about finer detail. Overall I would highly recommend Bifold Door Factory and would most certainly use them again on any future projects. They are a family run business who take pride on the quality of their products, the service they provide and will try their very best to address any issues on the job. They provide you with high quality products and the level of service provided is beyond expectations.

Went to Bifold Door factory after having a terrible experience with our previous door fitters. They were very thorough in explaining to us all the different available options. We couldn't praise Amardeep highly enough for his level of experience in making sure we got exactly what we wanted.The fitters were great. They took out our old door and fitted in the replacement.We had a couple of minor issues with the door which they came back and rectified very quickly.If you're looking for door and window fitters I would recommend Bifold Door Factory.

This is the second project I have used bifolddoorfactory (Schueco doors and windows). My order was big enough to be price sensitive. Their service was great, and their prices are unbeatable (unless you want to completely compromise quality). Installation went pretty much like clockwork and a couple of minor issues were fixed quickly. I can definitely recommend them.

I had a very complex requirement. I needed huge windows and doors. I had approached a number of companies and was turned down as they size of the windows and doors were too big. I have used BiFold Door factory before and I approached them for a quote. The requirement was quite complex. They were able to quote and requote with the various changes without issue. The doors and windows were beautiful. Far beyond what I was expecting. Every detail was catered for. Even had a short tour of the factory to see how the windows would be made. Dean handled everything for me and kept me updated. The installation was spot on. I can’t fault this company. The website gives you the impression that they are small company. They really aren’t. They can pretty much do anything and within budget. I highly recommend them and I would use them again.
