I brought my 14 year old son to see Mark as he was suffering with anxiety and ocd. He was struggling in school and with everyday activities, since doing his sessions with Mark I can see a big difference in him. He’s so much calmer and he’s doing a lot better in school too. This method may help others and that's great but it did not help me at all. I'm glad to say I am feeling really good now as a result of exploring other avenues.I only completed 1 session because the 3 step made me feel worse than before I started.
