Booked in to have bloods taken for a toxic metal test. The nurse was efficient and super friendly. She made sure to read the instructions of my external kit thoroughly and label it all, ready to be shipped.

Dr Neha was reminiscent of family doctors who actually listen and do an examination rather than what we get on the broken NHS- a 5 min telephone call or short in-person consult where you are just sent away with the “let’s wait and see what happens”.

My husband and I have had the pleasure and honor of knowing Neha and Rahul for many many years - what is so unique about the vocation and duty of care is that it is genuine, authentic and they go above and beyond to help their patients to the nth degree. Foremost I wouldn’t trust anyone other than them with the health of my children as I did this weekend and it is testament to their dedication and character .
