I ordered 3 candles at £25.99 each and one arrived broken. I have been trying to contact the company for the last week by email (there is no contact number) to arrange a replacement and had no response. This is my final chance to trigger a response from them.

Ordered from this company twice now, have received my first order and have recently placed a 2nd order (due in the next few days) first order was spot on and very well packaged. My items arrived intact and smell great....my 2nd order has more items and I'm in no doubt that these will be packaged just as well. Very quick delivery and nice communication with staff. Will definitely be placing more orders in the future as they sell B&BW products cheaper than anywhere else I have seen. Thank you Village Candle Addicts.
