Such a lovely shop with the most polite, friendly staff. I go out of my way to send my Evri parcels to and from here.

Staff is absolutely lovely and everything is at a great price. Nice place to just grab food your running low on.

I've used Rounds News to send a package with Hermes. I own a small business and use Hermes to send my own products. The way the package was dealt with was disgusting with member of Rounds News stamping on it! The experience was very upsetting.

Excellent customer service always greeted with a smile . I don’t know the lady’s name who works there but she is super lovely and treats the young lads who sometime work there so nicely .

I am so very grateful to the staff at Rounds Newsagents for doing me the favour of posting a parcel on to me when I had selected the wrong posting address using ‘vinted’. Despite being extremely busy themselves, they returned my calls in order to help me resolve my issue. This has ultimately meant that my daughter will receive her witch costume in time for her halloween disco! Plus they have been willing to keep hold of some other parcels waiting for me in their shop, until I can arrange pick up (due to the same error I had made a few more times- thankfully I have been able to rectify the address now!).I would definitely recommend others to use this small and friendly business, their kindness and service in going above and beyond their role to help me as a customer is exceptional. Friendly local newsagents with a wide selection. EVRI (previously Hermes) printing station inside too. Part of the Knab shops which are definitely worth a visit.
