Extremely unprofessional care agency. Avoid at all costs. Carer forgot to turn up. Carter didn’t give medication. Not reliable. Never have consistent calling in times. Your better off caring for your loved one yourself rather than trusting this incompetent agency.

This company is one of the worst social care companies I know,they don't care about the employees, they put clients before employees, which is wrong, office staff are useless and incompetent, wouldn't trust them to run a market stall never mind a company,if you want a social care company stay well away from meridian

Total rubbish unreliable carers not turning up, half time when do irregular times no pattern Partner has bladder catheter some them clueless on handling them not connecting them correctly or empting catheter Also don't check patient sores or spots sick calling about complaints Don't use them not good Give them just 2 star rating

This company are shocking. They never turn up at agreed times. More worrying is that they failed their duty of care for my parents. Do not use them.
