do not recommend, done an order on the app got to the second window for the lady to say they don’t do sundaes but even tho the moneys been taking out of my account for her then to say we can’t get a refund and could only swap them for krushems or a side

Long drive and decided on a KFC.4 letter word describe the food. Restaurants closed only open for drive thru.Cooling oil was old and dark. Chi ken was dry and dark because of the oil. Chips again dark due to the oil. Everything tasted burnt due to the oil. 35 years in catering industry means I can comment. No standards again 4 letter word describes the food.No

Great food, clean and good parking. Let down by lack of front staff and the self service checkout.I get it saves you money. But it turns a 1 minute order into a 5 minute order.

Burger was terrible. Chicken was thin and stringy. Also the both of mine and my partners meals were cold. Had a supercharger burgur but the sauce the smallest amount I've ever seen on a burger. Won't be visiting again

Chose what I wanted, but a few signboards were empty. So I ordered 3 bargain buckets. Was offered a receipt [ which is rare these days] I declined. Around the corner to delivery. Nice to see the employees orchestrated and making the meals [every takeaway should show the same as KFC] . I felt confident in my order. However, the takeaway bag's, OK for the environment, are not practical or large enough to accommodate 3 bargain buckets! I would encourage KFC to offer patrons of drive through, to bring their own carrier bag to the delivery point. Those brown paper bags holding your orders are out of date and a new solution found, such as seaweed extracted waterproof enzymes, or grease proof bag's [as in my childhood-I'm 64]. Other than this, I love my KFC. If your HQ search the records from the 1980's, you will find my market research on siting a KFC in the pontyclun areas. Absolutely disgusting and dirty, we were there over an hour and no one cleaned the tables or sanitised them, the ladies toilets were stinking and no toilet paper. Would definitely not be recommending this stinking place.....

Ordered 2 box meals through Deliveroo and this is the state of the wraps that arrived, my boyfriend threw his out straight away. They put the wrong sauce in as well, I ordered garlic and they gave us chilli instead. Clearly the person wrapping these wraps don’t give a monkeys and was happy to send these out instead of re doing, bone idle laziness! Will never order from this KFC again. Thankfully Deliveroo gave us a full refund.

The appearance of the car park was better than other branches that I have visited. One item ordered on the board was unavailable, but the staff were polite and helpful with my new choice. My wife and I still struggle with the atmosphere in most branches. We eat in the car.
