Poor service in Portadown KFC, ordered through uber eats, one of the orders was missing items, phoned to the delivery guy told me to call KFC, was at the store they said they couldn't do anything and told me to go to the app for refund, paid £57, the order with missing items was £22.99 they gave me a refund of £6.90, had to call for customer service to get the right refund... KFC in Portadown is a joke

When I went to pay for my order at the Drive through the chap taking payments handed me my meal for two I paid for it with only one drink I asked him should there not be 2 drinks looked in the meal bag and there was only 1 meal if I hadent have looked in bag I would have I would have drove home with 1 meal and 2 drinks . Wait for it I am 7 miles away from KFC

I was in it today I don’t think I will be back as Service is very very slow they gave me no milk for my Tea the girl said they had none left I went up again and was told they would bring it to my Table which they didn’t so I had to go up again then a guy brought me the Milk and Ketchup to my Table he did apologise.Another two Ladies with Kids waited ages on their meals.This KFC is very slow and they need to get their act together,I’ve given 0 Stars for Service.

Food was disappointing and the drive through wasn't working, the message told you to drive round to the window where a young employee advised his till wasnt working so we had to go in and order. I won't be back.

Food was freezing ,we were missing 3 fries, gave us beans instead of gravey, then we realised we were missing pop corn chicken and a ice pop from one of kids meals 4 times they had to come to us to give us everything for our order .chips was freezing and horrible kids wouldn't even eat chips

Great refitting of interior space. Sufficent parking. Drive thru service available too. An a total overhaul on cleaning, customer relations, and standard of products sold to the public.Staff are good cook's. Very polite and respectful. Very professional. Enjoy regularly visiting for a meal. Good service all round and would recommend. Reasonable prices.

I pay 70 pounds for order to my family. It’s a very bad decision….I waiting to my order 40 minutes, the most terrible places on a northern irleand or uk or all world?.They have a very old and smelly oil…. Propably the last change after brexit ? Or this is a motor oil that would explain everything…The staff it’s very slowly….I have proposal to all staff in this place maybe you must drinking during your job by faster colected the order….

Had the selects and hot wings with fries and gravy. Was nice not greasy but quite expensive I thought 13.00 for that. Overall what I ordered was warm and fresh so yum yum

After waiting almost an hour Food was wrong and cold. Zinger meal instead of plain. Two missing popcorn chicken in in meals. Missing corn. Missing drink. No napkins in cafe at all was given blue paper when I complained. Ladies toilets locked. Had to use men's and it was not at all clean. Very disappointed as I had taken my grandkids out for a treat. The young man who served our table was lovely very apologetic even though it was not his fault.
