The course with Elodie exceeded our expectations and I would recommend it to anyone interested in Hypnobirthing or looking to create a positive birth experience. Elodie was super helpful throughout the duration of the course and we couldn’t be more appreciative of the time she spent getting to know us as a couple and making sure to include Marcus as birth partner and not just focus the course content around me as Mum. The science, facts and details that are often not talked about around labour were well researched and made us feel that we left with all the knowledge we need to prepare for labour and focus on creating a really positive and special birth plan.
