Bought a golf mk6 cabriolet from here.Customer service is second to none, absolutely great.Rob, Andy and Carl are absolutely great.Car was delivered on my drive when I was on Holiday and pictures send to my email.Car had issues starting several days later and this was dealt with professional and swiftly resolved. No cost wast speared at all with this. I dropped the car off and Malcolm took me back home ( Reading). Got it fixed next day and delivered back to my home.Buying a second hand car can be daunting but I can say buying from lakeside has bought you also a piece of mind if anything goes wrong.Most of the cars they sell are also very low genuine miles. Great customer service and good quality cars. Vehicle purchased was a very low mileage Toyota IQ 1.3 litre petrol. Excellent condition with full Toyota dealer servicing and well maintained. I was given a good part exchange for my car.

Delighted with our low mileage Skoda from Lakeside. All enquiries dealt with promptly and efficiently by Andy. Car delivered to the door by Malcolm who was extremely helpful and kind.The only downside was a strongly perfumed smell in the car which affected my wife's asthma.Nevertheless very pleased with Lakeside and highly recommend this company.

It's hard to find a trustworthy car sales and after searching for months I finally found it!Ive had my car now for over 3 years. Absolutely brilliant runner, still driving like new, only ever needed normal services and mots.
