I've been a patient at Pocklington Dental since February, and I must say that all the staff there have been absolute stars ⭐️! The level of care and professionalism they provide is truly commendable. I highly recommend Pocklington Dental to anyone in need of dental services.

My experience was very positive, all the staff were very friendly and the dentist was very reassuring. I was very happy with my treatment.

I contacted the practice by e mail over the weekend due to toothache. I was contacted on Monday morning. The receptionist could not have been more helpful and I was offered a quick appointment but feeling better I left it until the Friday. Harbinder then dentist and Chloe the Nurse were warm and professional, explaining treatment options and costs. As someone on a pension this was especially helpful to sequence next steps. In the endII opted to start with a filling and extraction and as their last patient on a Friday afternoon they offered to do both. This was kind and going the extra mile. Excellent dentist. Modern practice. Professional and polite. The treatment I received was superb, I could not have asked for me.

I have joined the practice due to requiring dental implants, and not wanting to be going to different practices for treatment. I see the same dentist each time I visit, which is always good. Very Expensive compared to nhs practices but you accept that going private to get better treatment.The staff are Very pleasant and always offer refreshments, the staff are very friendly. Even when emailing always get a reply very quickly. They are on the ball each time you visit asking for any changes etc.

I have been several times to this practice and always recieved outstanding treatment. I had a particularly challenging problem, but Harminder, my dentist, successfully managed my issue, thank goodness, taking her time, no rushing, job well done!!! Thankyou!!!!

Lovely people! Would highly recommend for everything from ease of access to care and attention from all the staff and extremely happy with the dental work, information given during and after procedures and forward planning for future care.

I have only had my initial visit so don't feel that I have had sufficient knowledge to form a lasting opinion at this point. I can say that up to now, the staff have been very pleasant and made me feel at ease. My dentist was professional and made me feel comfortable. She explained everything about my future treatment in details that I was able to understand. I will be able to give a better review after my treatment.
