So I have a 60 day withdrawal account with this company that advise you that you can do business online. I try and make a withdrawal - message pops up that I have to ring their Helpline . I try to close the account giving them 60 days notice - message pops up that I have to ring their Helpline .Been ringing the Helpline all morning - no answer, constantly ringing ! Such poor customer service and it’s put me off using them in future.BE WARNED BEFORE YOU INVEST!

Very easy to open an account and deposit funds. When the time came to withdraw them, it couldn't be done online and the customer service representatives on the phone lines were rude and obstructive

Setting up an account elsewhere instead as the customer service is so bad. Email support took so long to respond to key questions that I missed the 30 day window to put funds into my new account.Over the phone the customer service representative was polite but there was no process available to reopen my account or set me up with a new one.

I will avoid this Bank in futureCannot close account online. Have to call and wait 30 mins just for call to be answered. They then fine me 1 YEARS interest to close he account. Totally unreasonable charge. Reporting them to the financial ombudsman.

ANYONE USING THIS BANK IS A SCAMMER DONT TRUST IT - they constantly get numbers wrong - they ask steam gift cards as payment before sending the money to you, this is a immediate scam territory. Don't fall for this.

No realizan las transferencias los días indicados al finalizar la inversión y no atienden el teléfono de contacto el día sabado(hasta las 13hrs) como indica en la web. Conectando con otro apartado. No existe seriedad y no recomiendo esta empresa.
