Took my laptop in yesterday as it had decided to show the “blue screen of death” it’s not an old laptop so I didn’t really want to replace it. Kev was really helpful as was the other chap in the shop (sorry I can’t remember your name)Nice to go in a shop and have a friendly banter and feel that the owner really cares about what he does. Laptop was repaired the same day, and I managed to collect it today. Great value for money and I would highly recommend

A great place to have your laptop fixed. Kev is kind and he knows his stuff. Our laptop was fixed within a few hours. I can't recommend him enough.

I had no sound on my Lenovo Yoga laptop and had tried everything to fix it myself. I phoned Bettabytz and took my laptop in and Kev quickly tried a few things. He said we were welcome to wait while he had a proper look but we opted to leave it with him. Just over an hour later he phoned to say it was fixed and ready to collect. Amazing service. Very happy with the price he charged. A genuine nice guy who isn't out to rip you off. He even cleaned it! I can't recommend him highly enough.

My two month old gaming PC died.I took it to Currys/PC world. They charged me sixty pounds. They kept me waiting for a week. They didn't call and when I when in to find out what was happening they had not fixed my computer because they don't repair cyberpower brand PCs. And Curry's couldn't be bothered to call me and tell me this at any point for a week.I tried to fix it myself and failed. I searched, and went with Bettabytes because they have the best reviews and they're local. I walked in with my very new, very expensive lump of broken electronics. I did not have to pay up front.They called me back two and half hours later and told me it was fixed. I had a bad RAM card. They charged me ten pounds less than Curry's did. I am very, very happy. Elated.

Took in my Dell laptop as it wasn't starting up. The fault (an unusual one) was identified and resolved quickly. They kindly assisted with a query regarding software near closing time and were very helpful. Excellent service and good value, this business is customer focused and aims to have a high retention of clients. Everything was explained to me and options discussed and as I have an interest in computing this was appreciated. They even gave the laptop a good clean prior to collection. Highly recommend.

Fast and fairly priced, honest service. This guy really puts his customers at the heart of his business. Its so nice to use a business that rates the customer experience so highly whilst providing such an honest, reliable and efficient service.

Took my computer in as wouldn't start. Had good conversation about what the problem might be. Was reassured as much as possible of my data, files and folders would be saved.Was told it would be ready to collect the next day and it certainly was.Really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.Would highly recommend.

Kelvin is such an amazing person, I felt very comfortable in his office with very hearty conversations. He was very patient to hear me out on the issues with laptop and since the repair, my laptop has been working beautifully. He also delivered right on time. I'd say he is a man of his word. He truly is interested in taking care of people and not just the money. I recommend!!Ada.

Our laptop died so needed a new one but never really trusted 2nd hand ones, due to finances had no choice. Saw Kev at bettabytes he explained everything perfectly. Bought a 2nd laptop, using for a month now works superbly. So now been back and got a computer tower to replace my sons appalling poor laptop got a great deal and my son is ecstatic. Kevin even fitted a graphics card I bought. Would thoroughly recommend. Great value.
