I have lived in rented properties for over twenty years and by a considerable distance Holly has provided the most helpful, courteous, friendly and understanding service at every step of the application process and with any issues since I moved in.Having been looking to move to the area for the past few months I have dealt with pretty much every other letting agent in town as well as a number of private landlords she puts them all to shame.Extremely professional without compromising on empathy and the human touch.Really wish I could give more than five stars in all fairness.

We've been living in a padarn property rented home for 2 years now and I cannot praise them more for their wonderful service. Holly, Rhys and Lynne are all so professional and lovely and always willing to listen and do their very best to help whenever we have had any issues. Horrible agency! I was in a shared contract with 6 people they only charged deposit 5. In addition after the contract finished they charged us over £400 in cleaning fees even though the house was clean. Plus because they forgot to charge one of the tenants they deducted his chare from our deposit. After confronting the agency they said it wasn't their fault and that I had to pay even though it said on the contract that all 6 tenants had paid the deposit.Very rude, not helpful and not very transparent.Do not recommend them at all!!
