Deliver skip very quickly. Was assured about 2 days after calling for pick up. They took 10 days. Cost me money as I had to cancel scaffolder because skip was in the way. Nice enough people when call and apologetic but sorry 2 day vs 10 days is not good enough. That said most skip firm are like that. ,

Skip was promised to arrive between 8am-12pm! IT DID NOT, when I phone repeatedly at 12pm it took till nearly 12:30 to get through I was offered no explanation as to why the skip was late, I asked them to come at around 13.30 as I had anther appointment, 13:30 came and went and still no skip, this time despite repeated calls I got no answer at all, by 14:15 I had to go and collect my kids and still no skip! I finally received a call from the driver at 14:45! 2 hours and 45mins outside of the four hour window for delivery! So I don’t have a skip! Very bad customer service, DO NOT USE!

Been trying to get the skip picked for a week.. been told they can’t say when they will pick it up as the don’t have a driver in the area.. can’t give me a time or even an estimate on when they may pick it up.. getting a bit frustrated now.. anyone want to buy a skip? Free to a good home. I didn’t book skip it was a fencing company.. If you fancy a permanent skip on your drive order one from these guys. Pain as there are parking restrictions in my road so have to move cars around every time I want to go out....

Hired a skip, prompt drop off and quick to take payment. I have been chasing them for the past eight days to come and collect the skip, I’m told every day that they will get it collected, but they don’t, and it’s still sitting on my drive. I have used them many times in the past. I will never use them again and would strongly recommend you use another company. I will be making a complaint to the regulatory body.AVOID AT ALL COST

Delivery of the skip was not a problem apart from the driver not having any change on him which meant he got an extra £6 from us on top of the charge which £18 more than advertised on the website. Getting the skip collected was a big problem. I called to have the skip collected and was told it would be done shortly. I called the following day and was told it would be that afternoon or the next morning. I called 3 days and 5 days later to chase it and again was told it would be that afternoon or the next morning. The lady who’s house it was at was waiting for a big delivery so chased it herself and was told I had only called once 2 days ago and had been told it could be 4 working days. I’m fuming that they have lied. Don’t use them.
