What an amazing bar honestly staff are very friendly we asked about having a bingo night and they put on a bingo night every Wednesday we all feel very comfortable and relaxed i would most definitely recommend this place to everyone young or old

Really nice bar. Good host and, to top it all, the Gents toilet has retained the old fashioned ‘pee wall’! Pity the rates for the place gave more than doubled and the electric bill will be ginormous!

I and others have had to leave the Rowantree approximately 1 hour before the posted closing time, apparently at the whim of the lone self-declared licencee.While I understand the needs of staff family commitments, I suggest that the owners of the establishment make sure that it is suitably staffed to enable six or more of their, presumably valued patrons, not to be thrown out with no last calls, etc.
