Amazing selection of acoustic piano, keyboards and digital pianos. Each has its own section making it easier to test the type that interests you and limit noise affecting other sections. They also have headphone available to try the digital pianos and keyboards in silence - helpful like me you are a bit conscious of your playing standard. The staff were friendly, very accommodating and knowledgable about the pianos and which would work in a particular setting. Customer facilities include include limited free parking and good toilet facilities.The pianos are packed in and it is a warehouse style building, so try to avoid busy times or you could fighting for space if there is a particular piano you are interested in. You can book s slot to test a particular piano though which is great.Their workshop also shares the same building so you can see pianos being restored - which is just amazing; and get advice straight from the restorers.I like Bonners Eastbourne a lot; but if piano is your thing Bonners Reigate should be at the top of your list.

If you want to buy new piano, that is a MUST VISIT place. The range of pianos they have is great and I am sure that you can find what you are looking for. Best thing is that you can try all of them and find your perfect match. Great experience. Great place to get your piano.

Friendly and helpful, good selection of acoustic and digital instruments to try. Happy to leave you to try things at your own pace. Car park a bit small but there’s parking on the side roads nearby.

I had a really positive experience with Bonners Music in Reigate. The store was super tidy, welcoming, and the instruments on show are stunning - with a product for every budget and level, from entry level keyboards to advanced grand pianos. The process of buying a piano is of course very personal for most, having evolved specific needs around key action and feel, silent modes, over all size etc. and general ‘soul’ of the instrument, the team very much understand this, and clearly want to support (and not push) you making the right investment. I initially came in looking at top-end digital pianos for purpose of study, but my head was quickly turned by the dizzying selection of acoustics and hybrids they have on display. I was very slow in making my decision because I also found it so enjoyable, visiting the store a couple times over several weeks, testing instruments and spending sometimes hours figuring out what I wanted, and trying different models. The team there were particularly accommodating and patient, never interrupting or pushing for a sale, just interesting in ensuring the customer is comfortable. I really appreciated the space I was given to have play with what was on show, which eventually led me to order a new Kawai acoustic with silent system, which has been flawless since it arrived in early March - just one week after I placed the order end of Feb. I dealt specifically with Ollie, who was exceptional - he carried out the sale as well as generally looking after me - it was a NO pressure environment and I really felt confident during the buying process. Tony was a great help with outstanding technical knowledge, and was straight on the phone asking any questions I had to the manufacturer without hesitation. The store is very easy to find and access, with free parking and conveniences on site. Very worth popping in if you are interested, mid week is often quiet so is a good time to visit, I’m sure the team will be very happy to see you.

The perfect piano shop! The staff in store were super friendly and happy to let me take as much time as I wanted to try different models. When I bought my piano, Tom from Bonners was so accommodating and helpful over the phone, and the two deliverymen were fantastic too. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!

A really nice Music centre! I had recently bought a Roland FP-90x, customer service was great and it was overall a very nice experience. Staff were friendly, and all of the necessary elements of the purchase were completed in only 20 minutes! Very nice place - I definitely would recommend :) .
