Purchased upvc front door and side panels with steel reinforcing once delivered noticed just before installation they did not put steel reinforcing into framework to late by then had to install unit. From 5 years ago till now several technicians from selecta came out to resolve several issues from water leaking in to door not closing correctly and other issues with locking system . all this time I've been asking for replacement or refund and still waiting would I recommend this companyUNFORTUNATELY NOHOPEFULLY something will be resolved soon fingers crossed

Issue with our selecta systems profile patio door (it is now out of warranty). The original fitter kept avoiding our calls so we asked Selecta if they could look at photos and see if it was possible to repair. After MONTHS of messing us about we finally got the answer. Communication is poor, they do not read emails or pass messages on, do not get back to you about your query. I know they were unable to help but a simple message would have been great instead of passing us from pillar to post. Very dissapointed. Will look at a different system for our next door.

Profile is horrendous. Loads of defects. Wish we'd never purchased it.

Incredible level of customer service from Cliff and Mark W. Would highly recommend not just for the great quality windows but the fact that they deliver a first class experience. Great to see that caring about your customers is key.

When there is a problem with your account, don't expect a speedy response to the query. They are very quick to take the Direct Debit payment, but very slow to refund overcharges or sort out account queries.

i ve been trying to get in touch with them poor customer service contact is on voice mail and don,t even reply back email,s . believe me use some other reliable brand selecta system is rubbish utter disappointment.
