Middletons Steakhouse & Grill
We were a large group and they were happy to accommodate us on short notice. The food was delicious, steak cooked to perfection. Our waitress was lovely and we had a good laugh with her. Great atmosphere and although it was a Tues evening it was quite busy, but not noisy. Would've been nice to see a surf and turf on the menu with lobster though! Pudding was nice, but would've liked the creme brulee warm.

1 hour wait for food, we had to ask to find this out.Food was delicious (classic mixed grill) but could have arrived hotter, seemed like it perhaps had waited a few minutes before being served.The waitress was very friendly but could have been more knowledgeable of the menu.Nice atmosphere.

13 of us came for a retirement meal.I had the classic mixed grill and it was good, there were no complaints from anyone about the food.The service was very slow, however the staff were very polite.

Firstly I like to say I don't normally complain but on waking this morning I found myself still upset about the meal we had experienced at the Middleton. The food was absolutely disgusting after waiting 45 minutes for the main, my steak was rare, in fact Blue, I asked for medium rare. sent it back and you could tell it had been washed and re heated, not only that I then had to wait for the rest of my meal to come. And the side orders were so small it wouldn't feed a baby let alone an adult. we have been to this restaurant several times but I'm afraid this is our last and I think if they keep serving food up like this they wont be open much longer....... I should have got to McDonalds the food would have been better.

We did not have a booking but went to Middlestons Steakhouse in Peterborough and we were given a table straightaway and the staff here were lovely. I was amazed by how wide a range of food they served and it's clear that they put customers first.The quality of the food here was lovely and perfectly seasoned. I do wish I kept pictures of this place because it was so good but I can't wait to visit next time. There is a premier feeling in this restaurant and it is perfect for dates because it's good lighting and the prices here are good, especially for the quality of food you get.

Just got home from visiting the restaurant.Great food for all the family. My Rib Eye steak was easily the best steak I've eaten in a very long time.Music in the restaurant was a brilliant mixture of classics which provided a beautiful atmosphere to go with the great service.I thoroughly recommend Middletons Peterborough.5*

Overall we enjoyed our visit, the food was okay. We all had roast dinners. I had the beef. Granted i did order it medium to well. However it was a bit burnt, quite hard but had an alright taste. The rest had lamb which was okay also. The flavour was pretty bland but nothing out of the ordinary. The roast potato’s were lovely, and Yorkshire puddings were fantastic! The vegetables were a bit of a let down. They were ice cold and hard so not very pleasant.The drinks however were fantastic; a bit overpriced but they tasted amazing!The price for 4 of us and 4 drinks came to just shy of £120. This was including a non optional service fee of 10%. This probably should be mentioned when you enter the restaurant. It wasn’t major but still £12 extra.

On arrival, i was greated by the bar staff who i believe may have been the manager. I didn't have a booking but they found me a table straight away. Top marks for that. Sadly that is where the service stopped. not once did any of the staff smile, and there was enough of them. The only times I saw them smile was when they were talking to each other at the bar or waitress station or when they served food or when they were on the personal phones checking social media. Smiles cost nothing, professionalism is everything
