After being injured in a car crash, I had physiotherapy nearby and on three occasions used the drive through and ate my food in the car park after the appointment. At this point I was still using a courtesy car and have sine had three parking charge letters at £60 each or £100 if not paid within 14 days passed onto me through the company who owned the car as per the rental agreement. I saw no signage at all and no McDonalds employee told be about the time limit. Ocean Parking are absolute scum and the McDonalds staff who seem to never tell anyone about this supposed limit are right there with them. I will never come back here ever again and recommend that everyone else does the same.Disgusting!

Waited ages for our order and had to ask a number of times where the food was. Two other customers came in to complain about missing items from their drive thru. The worse mcdonalds ive been to.

22/09/23. MC Donald's you would expect to wait till your order is ready.. the lady who took our order told us the apple pies will be 10-15min. By this time I was already 10 min into the car park in the queue. She had given the MC flurry first which started to melt and we asked her to give us fresh ones as it wasn't a good idea to give ice creams first while we wait. Finally our remaining order received. Mind you she didn't mention anything about parking restriction and charges or even validate vehicle for the duration time here. That would have been useful.Got slapped with a fine of £100. £60 if paid within 14 days. Was fuming and appealed. Ocean parks had mentioned in a nutshell if you are a MC Donald's customer you validate your parking using their tablet, but ofcourse the restaurant is closed for walk ins. Stupid right? Staff could have warned us before we placed the order... the signs are not easily noticeable at night.If anyone visits MC Donald's at night be sure not to park inside. Or don't bother with this MC Donald's it's terrible

I recently received a parking ticket of £100. This car park is a scam, it seems not mc Donald customer car park but operated by a third party (Ocean Parking). When you enter you assume that the car park belongs to mc donalds so naturally you don't worry about whether you have to pay. So be careful when entering this car park and don't assume (I learnt the hard way after receiving a fine)

Look on the Martin Lewis website before doing anything about your parking ticket which you will probably receive after parking at this McDonald's as the signs are so tiny, unhelpful staff do not make you aware and everything else would suggest that this is a McDonald's car park. The Martin Lewis website has a template letter which you can edit and send back saying that you won't pay with evidence (photographic, reviews, news articles) that the signage is insufficient.

Do not go here. Staff are excellent but its in one of the worst locations in Walsall. Firstly you only get 20min parking after that you have to pay to use the restaurant. Young kids using fowel language. No baby change facilities upstairs and everyone and their dog uses the disabled toilets downstairs with the only baby change. Facilities are disgusting.

Food was as expected, after a 2.5hr journey coffee and a breakfast rest stop was much needed, The £100 parking fine for a 41 min stop was not needed!!!! not what I expected as most McDonald's are 90 mins free parking (utter joke) :>(

Come every week with my 2 sons with needs. Never had an issue sitting upstairs until today and was told by a member of staff closed upstairs" at 530 in the evening at the busiest time when there is no seating available downstairs?? Boys began getting stressed when I had to take them back downstairs where its busy people queuing and waiting for food. Shift manager asked if I was okay. Told her the situation and she sorted it and sent us back upstairs to sit and offered to bring my food. So thankyou to her for fixing a problem that could have been avoided if the main seating area doesn't close at dinner time! The rude member of staff didn't seem interested in trying to help solve the problem but just seem interested in closing upstairs!"
