Ingredients are always fresh, staff are always friendly and food is always made to a great standard. In store toilets, drink dispensers and the store is fully accessible to wheelchair users. Can be busy sometimes, but service is pretty fast !

I love subway & particularly the ballymoney branch. Lovely friendly service & great subs. Love the tuna sub on tiger bread, with plenty of sauce choices & the best coffee anywhere A big Thank you to the staff , they are the nicest bunch of people & honestly if i was to open a restaurant or any business that required dealing with the public, id be poaching the staff that work here. In particular Jordan & Aaron, who go above & beyond. ✌

Used to be great friendly place but recently hasn't been that good at all! Some of the new staff (not all) have no care or interest in what they are doing, literally throwing your order together with a attitude from hell! Zero customer service skills. Broken cooler means not chilled bottles, server didn't point this out until I had paid. Overall increasingly disappointing.(Edit)Changing this to 1 star, some members of the staff need training or shown how not to be unpleasant and rude!

I was absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the female server on the counter in ballymoney today . I appreciate that the store was busy at approximately 3pm, but courtesy and good manners cost nothing and the girl making up the sandwiches had neither ! I have no complaints about the standard of the food, or any of the others that added the salads etc but the girl at the initial order stage is no advertisement for a welcoming environment for any business !

Staff is sharp and very bad customer service....... when I said to tge female member of staff who was taking orders that she was being sharp with myself, her reason was because she is busy. She had far to much to say, as I had to say 3 times just give me my sandwichs, that's all I want....... Then she said I tell you what I'll leave them here for someone else. I will never ever be back in your branch again

Filthy!!! Called in here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. Ordered a foot long sub which completely fell apart when I lifted it. The tables and surroundings were absolutely filthy. The staff were very slow and unprofessional and seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. Will definitely not be returning to this dirty store.

I called to the Ballymoney Subway with my mum. My mum is gluten free. The staff member was so helpful and obliging to us and nothing was too much for her. She was very good at recommending different foods to us. She also regularly tested the temperature of food with the thermometer.
