Long time painter of other brand miniatures but first time going into a Warhammer store. I didn't get his name but the member of staff who helped me was exceptionally friendly and clearly is passionate about his job. The store was immaculate and the miniatures they had on display were fascinating. I will definitely be going into Warhammer stores more often if they are anything like this one.

I was standing in the shop waiting for some assistance 3 people came after me and they got served and I was like invisible.Maby for new people guy there is nice and helpful but I was not there first time and it was always cold .Definitely worst GW store I visit in UK .

It's been a long time since I was last in this store and I'm pleased to say it was clean, the staff were polite and helpful without being pushy, and the manager and me had a chat about the good old days" before I left. Top marks for a Warhammer store."

Staff is lovely, we made a workshop with some friends, we painted our own space marines! The guy from the shop explained us the game, and we were able to make a really quick game. Really great way to introduce the lore and the rules to new players.We had a great time!

The current manager is lovely and really knowledgeable and helpful! If you want to start to hobby Leicester's store is probably the best to visit outside of the HQ.

Such a fab place. Owner is really pleasant, knowledge and welcoming. Always a great experience and good for advice about models and painting. Limited range but understandable due to size but he said he can order in whatever needed.

I visited today with my nephew as its all he's been raving on about, it's a fab store, the manager was so busy but took the time to answer the many questions my nephew had aswell as doing a demo game with him.He got to build & take home a model for free, & he loved watching other fans playing games.We'd definitely be visiting again, I could not recommend this store enough.Such a lovely, friendly environment from both the manager & customers, it was lovely to watch my nephew enjoy himself, it's more than a shop, it's a community.

Just had a lovely visit to this store, came in for the model of the month whilst visiting Leicester and received a very warm welcome! Chatted about rebuilding my eldar army and the local competitions they have, even got shown an eldar painting competition piece (a stunning dire avenger exarch!)10/10 would return and will likely make a point of coming to Leicester for this store :)This is exactly the kind of friendly non-pushy customer service experience that GW needs in stores
