Miserable owner who was very rude and abrupt with my enquiry, seemed like she didn't care about what i wanted. The lead time was ridiculously long for a simple polish/engrave and top it all off - THEY GOT THE NAME WRONG!! Absolutely rubbish, waste of time, you all need a slap!!!

Worst place to go for engraving in the whole of Birmingham!Unhelpful, terse, surly, miserable and down right rude are just some of the nicer things I can describe the family who run this shop.Everyone within the trade knows how rude these people are, and avoid at all costs, so why they have 5* reviews, I do not know (guess they must have some family or friends to write nice things about them).Would avoid at all costs for your engraving needs, they do not deserve your hard earned money.If I could give them 1/5 I would.....

I've used Eaglesfield a few times in the past to deal with the odd engraving job that we receive at work and always had a pleasant experience with the chap in here. Today I spoke to the woman who works here and I was treated like a child. Every sentence that came out of her mouth was condescending. I wanted guidance for an alternative style of engraving and she made me feel so ridiculous and embarrassed.I truly believe you can educate without belittling people. I walked away from here genuinely upset and can't think what I did to deserve it. Won't use again.
