As Head of IT at a mid-sized manufacturing company in Cheshire I was looking to initiate a significant infrastructure and network transformation programme , which would provide the resiliency, security and performance that our operational teams and customers expect and require. Due to the complexity of the transformation the in house IT team didn't have the skill sets and knowledge however there has a huge willingness to learn. This is where Sytech added significant value . The brief to Sytech was to map out the transformation journey, support the implementation and undertake a knowledge transfer. The process led by Managing Director, Darren Kirby was great and the collaboration with the internal team was fantastic. The team took ownership of key tasks however they always knew that the Sytech were on hand to support.
