Really needs a hygeine inspection. The cafe in general was pretty grubby, and I could see floodwater through the back where food was stored. The man making my wrap did not wash his hands between handling money, touching food and touching his head. His nails appeared dirty and as he rolled the wrap, he used his bare fingers to push the filling in. Paid for it and immediately binned it. Won't go back and don't recommend.

Fab local carry -out cafe, the best in Helensburgh. Soup is always fab and they use good quality bacon for rolls. Very reasonably priced and they cater well for fussy customers like me! What more can you ask?

I just got two of the French toast and bacon boxes, the French toast was not cooked properly and tasteless, i watched the guy use one egg and loads of milk for four slices of French toast and that doesn’t seem right. The bacon was also burnt. Very unhappy with this and took it back in just to let the guy know and he became very cheeky and aggressive for no reason saying there was nothing wrong with it and that it was just “my opinion” when he didn’t even try it himself so he wouldn’t have known. He offered a refund but i didn’t have my card so will be going back in another day with my card for that refund. Terrible customer service. He was short tempered and became aggressive within seconds, clearly cannot take any sort of criticism.

Mac and cheese I don't think saw a bit of real cheese .soup so spicy with pepper couldn't eat don't think I will be back .
