This is worst Cex store in nottingham. These racist sold me phone with different imei number from blll and now i am facing issue with the device and they are saying its diffrent device. How the hell someone deal with this. They cant help you with anything. Dont buy or sell anything in Cex ever.

Any excuse to knock money off goods, knocked money off my ps4 vr headset because of the slightest wear and tear and it came in a box but said unboxed because there was a tear in the outer boxing when it clearly came in the box, don't think I will return anymore as all they want to do Is rip you off.

Purchased a Samsung S21 Ultra, Excellent quality mobile, not a single scratch and works perfectly. Staff very helpful and friendly and not pushy in the slightest. I felt very comfortable. I'll definitely come back when I want my next one. Thank you.

Took a ps2 in and they offered me £19 because there was one piece of inner packaging missing, should of got 70. Wouldnt mind but i brought it from CEX as boxed and nothings changed. Also took some games that i brought from them and they wouldnt accept them as apparently to scratched. Rob dogs and dou le standards

A repeat customer of the Bulwell branch of CEX for tech, I’ve bought laptops in store and also sold my old phones and iPads. Bulwell CEX can be relied on to securely pack web orders for home delivery. When mistakes have been made by other CEX stores (sending me the wrong or damaged items), the Bulwell team have also been able to sort out the returns. When I am looking for specific or unusual items, the manager is proactive and notifies me of new stock. I really couldn’t ask for more.

Went to the bulwell branch on tursday as I had two phones for them to look at possibly buying. I walked in the shop and there was 3 people behind the counter, the woman looked at me like I had 3 heads and asked one of the other staff members to serve me, they couldn't take my phones as some of of the pixels were damage, but it was just the staff they had no customer service and didn't seem like they wanted to be there, I will not be going again .
