Whether in person or online, Peter provides an excellent service. He is incredibly knowledgeable. He has always found me the perfect wine, within my budget, to add the perfect finish touch to a meal. I have also bought several gifts from St Andrews Wine Company over the years (including beer, about which I know nothing!!!), and they never fail to disappoint. I look forward to an in-person visit soon!Thank you!

I haven't actually been to the shop as I live miles away in Oxfordshire but I have purchased a fair few wines online. I've really rated every single wine I've had and have tried various grapes, regions and price ranges. Have spoken to the owner Peter Wood a few times on the phone and via email and he's always been helpful and full of good recommendations. Would highly recommend using St Andrews as the wines are good quality, I like the idea of small producers, the range is interesting and varied and Peter knows his stuff and comes across as a top guy.

Having ordered 6 bottles of wine, they only posted 5. I emailed St Andrews Wine Company 3 or 4 times over the past month to discuss. I have had no reply. Extremely poor service.

Well, anything lower than five would be unfair. Great selection, excellent quality... we really enjoyed every bottle we bought, very friendly knowledgeable service and to top it, excellent online shopping experience and fast delivery! Well done!

Exquisite little wine shop specializing in natural wines and small producers. Limited by what we could reasonably schlep back to the states, we settled on an Italian vermouth but would have bought a mixed case if we could. The young proprietor (?) was friendly (even to a couple of obvious tourists), helpful and extremely knowledgeable.

If you love your wine... or gin or whiskey... I beg you to go to Peter. He is just the loveliest of men and he knows his stuff. Don't go anywhere else.. his knowledge is extensive and his online wine tasting had me laughing and wanting buy the case!!
