Recently purchased my house through Jan Forster, the staff were very helpful and did their best to make it a smooth purchase. There were a few issues in completing which was due to the seller but Ashleigh worked hard to communicate between both sides so that I could complete the purchase as soon as possible.

We have just moved to the UK with no lettings experience before, but Jan Forster Gosforth team, especially Sian was very helpful and supportive during the process. We had a very tight schedule and she and managed it very professionally. She understood what we need very well, and made all the process much easier for us. She was always there to respond all of our queries. We have also contacted with Joanne and Paul during the process and I can say that all the team was very supportive, polite and efficient. Overall, it was a great service and positive experience for us.

Jan foresters was brilliant for us when buying our first house!So helpful when dealing with solicitors, and they were the ones chasing them up to get things sorted when solicitors were lagging behind.It felt like a shame we were paying the solicitors and not Jan foresters because of how helpful they were! Ashley, and Danielle were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!
