I would leave 0 stars if possible.Having been let down 3 times by this guy I cannot recommend him any less. Repeatedly hasn't bothered to turn up with not even as much as a call to tell me.Very disappointed and I will be finding a 'professional' company to undertake the job.

We organised for this company to come out and give us a quote, but they cancelled at the last moment and promised to message us later to reorganise. We heard nothing. We messaged again, heard nothing. We left it a few weeks and tried to contact them again, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but again we were completely ignored. This is so frustrating and very unprofessional. We understand that currently everyone is very busy, but just communicate this and stop wasting people's time!

Very happy with the service received. J was honest, reliable and informative.
